Learning how to clean, prepare, and cook your catch is an essential outdoor skill everyone should know. So is building a fire safely, choosing the right seasonings, and turning fresh fish into a great meal right on the bank.

I teach simple, practical methods for filleting, deboning, and cooking over an open fire or portable grill. You’ll learn how to control heat, season properly, and cook fish so it’s flaky and flavorful — not dry or overdone.

There’s nothing like catching your own dinner and preparing it yourself. It builds confidence, self-reliance, and respect for the resource.
